I always thought Chow Mein was supposed to be made with noodles, since "Mein" means noodle in Chinese! I went back to ask the staff about my order, and they seemed a bit puzzled at first. Eventually, they clarified that Lo Mein is the noodle dish, while Chow Mein consists solely of vegetables, almost as if they were trying to dismiss my concerns. I've been ordering Chinese food for ten years, and I've never encountered anything like this before!
I had a frustrating experience with my order at this restaurant. I ordered a vegetable sandwich with lettuce, but what I received was just bread and lettuce—nothing else. Instead of owning up to the mistake, the staff tried to shift the blame onto me, insisting that their online menu specified a lettuce sandwich. However, it clearly shows that I ordered a vegetable sub with lettuce as an addition. The staff were not only incompetent but also extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place.
I have been eating here for years and my food has always been fresh, just flat out good. I even will by pass other carryouts just to get to them. Today I ordered shrimp fired rice, shrimp/broccoli, general tso shrimp, egg rolls. I found 3 little black bugs in the food and the first one I said maybe it was the season then I started to just look throughout the food and 2 more was in the shrimp/broccoli. I have had two unpleasant experiences at this restaurant. They claimed to deliver my food, but I never received it. Unfortunately, they refuse to issue a refund, which makes me feel like I'm simply out of luck. I cannot recommend this place. Despite receiving negative feedback, it seems they don’t take it seriously. This Chinese takeout is located in a predominantly Black neighborhood, and it seems they depend on local customers to keep coming back.

BEWARE OF FALSE REVIEWS!. This is rhe worst chinese restaurant ever. They DO NOT serve real food. The meat in my pu pu platter was questionable and the sweet potato pie tasted stringy. Although it arrived the the exact amount of time. The food is poor. I was betteroff ordering American fast food. At least I know that they aren 't cats or rats.
This location is very nasty workers are very rude !!!! I stated to the owner that they customers waiting in the store with no mask homeless per say coughing sneezing ! I took a covid test a couple of days later and tested positive please be aware
1. The drivers. I recognize that we live in a less desirable area, and it seems that the drivers are apprehensive about potential robberies, which unfortunately affects their delivery experience.
The meal was satisfactory, but my order was messed up and the wings were mediocre. The staff needs to be more attentive to orders. I'm willing to give it another chance.

I brought a steak and cheese from here and it was horrible. The cheese wasn't melted in the bread. It was just cool and tasteless.
