I found out about this gorgeous little restaurant via a Veggie food instagrammer. We were visiting San Sebastián from Bilbao and even though this is about 20-30 mins drive from there I’m SO glad we made the trip. Hondraribbia itself is absolutely stunning, the most beautiful little town I’ve seen and the locals and wonderful. The restaurant itself has a stunning terrace that we sat on to eat. The host/owner couldn’t have been more welcoming and charming, really lovely man. We had starters and then the Thai rice and Octopus for main, it was absolutely devine. Such a vast menu for drinks and food. The sangria was amazing too! Would return in a heartbeat! Thank you so much to you and your team/...
We fell there by chance my wife and I ate outside at a table at the entrance to the restaurant. good food, but a little fun at the service. They put the mushroom tomato more, a lot of presence, but without flavor, the cod very fresh, white and juicy, in my opinion was the best and then some mussels in very rich sauce, and when I say it was a service that runs, I mean the order to bring the food, I think the right thing would be tomato and mussels at the same time, like the main dish.
Amazing food! Definitely try the octopus when you visit. The only reason why I didn’t give a 5 star review is because of the employees. They could smile a bit more. It’s not that they are rude, but they could definitely work on their service. Kitchen/menu definitely gets a 5/5!

Lovely local food with excellent tapas and desserts. Very good price with lots of local people eating and drinking there. Recommended.
not being a vegan restaurant had several options. all of us who taste very rich, especially the focaccia. yes, a little expensive.
