Was going to Longwood Gardens and decided on Tavern 52 since it was close. They have a wide variety of menu items. Our stuffed mushroom appetizer was really good. The salad was very fresh. We got the Chicken Parm sandwich and spinach ricotta raviolis which we enjoyed. The food is well seasoned and has a very thoughtful presentation. It is a very laid back place so you may wait a few to be seated and service is a slower pace. I would definitely visit again.
This will be our new Go-to place. Unlike BBC and Buckley’s nearby, this place isn’t full of a bunch of noisy boozer posers. Food is good, atmosphere fits our lifestyle perfectly. Shockingly never overcrowded. We will be there weekly from now on.
The calamari appetizer had much too much salt on it (not sure why salt was added to begin with). Did not like the smell of the disinfecting cleaner being used on tables around us particularly when we were eating.

Food and service was great . Friendly and clean . Enjoyed our meals . Spinach and ricotta ravioli was great meatball grinder and delicious fries.
