I have been living in the neighborhood for many years and my family has been frequenting this restaurant. We have always enjoyed the food, but it is the exceptional staff that truly sets this place apart. Today, my husband and I decided to have lunch here with our one-year-old son, whom we were hesitant to take out to restaurants for a while. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even doted on our son, making us feel at ease as first-time parents. Thank you to the staff at TOG for such a wonderful experience!
Absolutely amazing food! Best Walleye my family and I have ever ate! We tried the Walleye sampler , Parmasan Crusted Walleye, The Walleye dinner, and The Northwoods..all was Awesome! Thanks goes out to Joel our waiter also. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and super friendly. I celebrated my birthday there and he gave me a free dessert too! Definitely will be going back!
We have done breakfast with Santa for 12 years, since our son was born. This year we had his best friend and my best friend with her kids and a friend of hers with her kids. We had a table of 11, 6 kids 5 adults. Server was awesome! We will continue to do this family tradition for as long as we can.
My family and I were at Tavern on Grand for a family gathering after a memorial service. We were in a private room. The service was excellent!! The onion rings they brought when we sat down were delicious! The beer was cold, and the Walleye Sampler was excellent! I would definitely recommend it!

I visited this restaurant for the second time and enjoyed the food even more than the first visit! The server was excellent and the walleye was delicious. We tried the June special, Honey Fried Walleye, and it was amazing! We definitely plan to return again.
There are fantastic choices for walleye prepared in different ways at this restaurant. The burger was also exceptional. The service was great, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The atmosphere is nice and casual.
First time for eating there, certainly not the last! I got the Walleye sampler and it was perfect. Desert was enough for 4! Don't skip the Apple Crisp, a meal in itself.
Have your Walleye blackened not grilled. This was recommended by our server and he was right!!! The food was delicious and the staff warm and friendly.
