This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and great potential, and the reception staff were quite friendly. However, coming from Houston, where dining experiences in this price range are typically exceptional, I left feeling very disappointed. Our party of three shared two appetizers and two desserts, and each of us ordered an entrée, but the flavors just didn’t stand out. I can't even remember what the appetizers were because they lacked creativity. The fish and chips were particularly underwhelming, and the desserts were lacking in flavor as well. Adding to our dissatisfaction was the long wait to place our order and the rare visits from our waitress to check on us. Overall, this experience...
Location: The restaurant features a lovely mix of modern and rustic Northwest decor, with excellent lighting that creates a welcoming atmosphere. However, the use of hanging drapes as room dividers gives off an unexpectedly cheap vibe that detracts from the overall charm of the space. Food: The menu does not offer many classic dishes with a creative twist, and instead tries too hard to impress with unusual ingredients or obvious cost-cutting measures. My piccata had unevenly cooked fish, and the mashed potatoes were too gloopy, overly rich, and heavy. Drinks: The highlight of my visit was definitely the drinks. The bartender really knows their craft and deserves a strong recommendation....
NYE dinner was the perfect menu for two of us... 6 exquisite courses perfectly proportioned to allow for appreciation of each one individually. all beautifully presented. Service was appropriate and polite. As we arrived a little early, we had to wait until 5:30p on the dot to be seated, although dining room was empty. There was no place to put coats. (Did notice racks were provided by time we left. Found my main course meal a bit tough and hard to cut, even with steak knife. My guest did not have this problem, however. Pricing was reasonable. All in all, I say Brava and Bravo for this memorable creation... please don't make us wait a whole year for a similar treat!
First time last week. Their prices are SO good. They do have $35+ entree plates, yes. But everything is SO appropriately priced. Most sides and apps are under $10 vs McMenamins would be $15-20 for the same dish, let alone Kruse’ burgers are under $20! And even their more expensive Poke Bowl app is like a MASSIVE amount of poke on top a heaping portion of guac. It was SO good. But really what sealed the deal was when I was served their steak tenderloin, which I ordered medium rare, it was over cooked to a medium well-“ish” and before I could even get a word out our server noticed and told me she’ll take it back. Omg, pumpkin beignets were to die for...so light and delicious. So good we devoured them before I got a pic. The seafood omelette with house smoked trout and crab and leak fondue was so good and as much as I usually hate red peppers they were an amazing accent to the dish and were just a touch sweet. The hubs had the beef brisket hash though less hash like and more bowl like it was equally delightful with large chunks of house smoked brisket tossed with a nice assortment of root vegetables. Their fall menu dropped today and so far it's amazing!
It's fantastic when a great happy hour offers not only delicious food but also outstanding service. Brendan, the sous chef, was incredibly thoughtful in his gesture towards our 7-month-old daughter. It’s always heartwarming when the staff goes the extra mile to make customers feel valued. He brought out some mashed potatoes for her as a snack, and she absolutely loved it.
Went out to celebrate, this is our first time eating here. Customer service was outstanding. The food was so delicious. This is really fine dining at its best, and the price is reasonable. I would suggest to make reservations online ahead of time. (I forgot to take some pictures of the place)

Really enjoyed the happy hour. Shared several small plates and made a dinner out of it. Would definitely go back.
