Wir folgten der Empfehlung eines Einheimischen und gingen in das Restaurant, das sich in einer alten Herberge befand. Die Einrichtung erinnert an ein modernes Chalet, es mangelt ein wenig an echter Atmosphäre, aber man weiß, dass man sich in den Bergen befindet, zumal sich viele Einheimische hier zum Essen und Trinken niederzulassen scheinen. Die Speisekarte ist groß und reicht von Pizza und Salat bis hin zu saisonalem Wild und gutem Fleisch. Wir entschieden uns für Käsegerichte und fanden es recht gut, aber nicht ganz überzeugt. Ich denke, dass wir das Fleisch probieren müssen, da es die Spezialität des Hauses zu sein scheint. Der Service war freundlich und der Besitzer kommt regelmäßig, um...

we went to evolène and we stopped at the 1st restaurant on the left by entering the village. and how happy it was to have chosen it. warm welcome of the staff, meals more than excellent: in the entrance, beautiful salads, then risotto with valais asparagus and fresh bites for my sister-in-law and myself and a superb lamb rack, vegetables and fries for my husband. The staff served us with a smile. We will return and we strongly advise him. and we paid with a card!!!!

Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers fühlt man sich wohl. Der Raum aus Stein und Holz vermittelt ein schönes Ambiente, das gut mit dem freundlichen Personal harmoniert. Die Küche ist einfach großartig und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Darüber hinaus können Sie einige großartige Wallis-Weine probieren (probieren Sie den Inferno). Ich habe den Ort ein paar Mal besucht und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We tested this restaurant for a family meal. The welcome was fantastic, the staff is in the small care. Slate meats are delicious!
