Excellent restaurant located on the top floor of the Caracolí shopping center. Splendidly attended by your manager with wonderful customer service. Exquisite cuisine and excellent variety of wines. We ordered meaty chicharrones, Mediterranean chicken and pasta di mare accompanied by delicious Spanish white wine PROTOS VERDEJO. My family and myself went to this place for a celebration and employees helped us with a fast decoration. Service was good, food was fine but needs improvement on cleaning of tables due some were dirty with food stains. In same way, waiters can be more kind to provide assistance. You need consider this place isn’t cheap.. Room for improvement.. There is a lot of local people who don’t recognize between a good or an excellent place but there are customers who have travelled around world and know what is a good place.
Unfortunately we had a very bad experience, the order took 1 and a half hours, I asked for a shrimp salad and they literally brought me an accumulation of lettuce and 7 shrimp. Without any dressing. Thos restaurant simply doesent exist. We tried to dind it pretty hard and even asked locals about it. They told us it closed some time ago...we then had some nice dinner in the area.

Terrible service, almost two hours waiting for the order and they did it in a hurry. The manager who says he attends personally did not show his face.
Terrible food, bad service, so many things wrong I don’t even know where to start. Even a piece of plastic came out of my dish
