I was trying to find somewhere to book for my brother's 50th and came across Taylor's. Straight away it appealed! We are a family of foodies, in particular my brother, so was an easy decision to book it. All my enquiries prior to the day were dealt with beautifully As soon as we pulled up outside my brother was excited about the meal! We were a party of 6 and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We had the tasting menu and most did the wine pairing. Our recent meal at Taylor's was exceptional. We enjoyed a 3-course meal with additional starters and opted for the wine pairing menu. The food was of Michelin star quality and we particularly enjoyed the 2004 Gran Reserva Rioja selected for us, although it would have been better served slightly cooler. The overall dining experience was excellent and offered great value for money, with top-notch service. We highly recommend Taylor's for a memorable dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. Our meal of small plates and sides was delicious from start to finish. The staff provided excellent recommendations for wine and the service was attentive without being too intrusive. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.

Expensive but value! Unbelievable to find this quality in Newark and I am ' born and bred ' Generally I am not a fan of Taster menus but this is the best I have had.

This restaurant is simply superb. It might just be the best meal I've ever had. The staff were great and the food was absolutely sublime.
