It was a good experience overall. The only downside was the lack of frozen yogurt options, which might make me reconsider coming here frequently. My main issue is the high prices - filling two cups with yogurt without toppings costs around $20 for me and my husband. We often visit another yogurt place in Rome, GA where we only spend $10-11. I really enjoy this TCBY location. The toppings bar has a great variety of choices. I also appreciate the weekly specials they offer. On Fridays, you can get a 12-ounce cup and fill it with your favorite toppings for only $5! I brought my kids here for a treat and they were able to fill up their cups thanks to the special deal. The cashier even weighed their cups and encouraged them to add more toppings to get the most value for our money.
There were fruit flies everywhere in the restaurant, landing on open containers of toppings. This is a health concern as fruit flies carry bacteria. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
