This fish and chip shop is the best in the area by far. The staff are polite and friendly, even though they are always busy. Sometimes there may be a wait, but it's because they take the time to cook things properly. This is not a fast food burger joint, so be prepared to wait or call ahead. The food is always hot, cooked well, and presented nicely in the traditional chippy style. While some may have had poor experiences, we have always had a good time during our monthly visits. During Covid-19, we have used the Just Eat delivery service, which has been excellent.

I would never order here EVER again. Apart from the poor food hygiene and lack of staff the owner is an open RACIST. He has told me, on numerous occasions he does not like coloured people. He has resorted to labelling them as thieves and incompetent. When challenged, no apology was offered. Totally shocking. It’s sad the attitude has rubbed off on the staff, particularly the young lady with glasses (Lauren) who accused a young asian man of being a drug dealer. AVOID!

I had my first takeout experience at TCI Frydays. As someone who is gluten-free, it can be difficult to find a place that serves traditional fish and chips that I can enjoy. I ordered ahead of time for gluten-free options and my meal was ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly, the portion size was generous, the food was well wrapped, and it was still hot when I got home. I will definitely be returning!

The food ordered at the restaurant was subpar, with the staff lacking in communication skills. The fish that was served was very white on the inside, and the chips and nuggets were overcooked. However, the curry was the highlight of the meal, as it was tasty. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I have visited this chippy for 7 years now. The fish is freshly cooked to order when you arrive. They do nuts and bolts fish and chips brilliantly. I was surprised their rating was so low. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had fish and chips for a Saturday evening did my order over the phone went to pick it up no issues food was very hot and warm only problem looked like the chips had been warm up from lunch time and not cooked propley too

very well carved. I paid £17.00 for 2 x large cod and regular chips and the fish was cooked while I waited. I'll be back again and again.
