We have been loyal customers of Tea Inc for many years and always enjoyed its cozy atmosphere and delicious scones. Unfortunately, our recent visit was disappointing as the service was lacking. The staff seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves in the kitchen rather than attending to customers. After a long wait, we had to go to the kitchen to ask for a menu and then wait even longer to place our order. Even when we wanted to order dessert, we experienced another delay. We hope that this was just an isolated incident, as Tea Inc has always been our favorite hidden gem in Devizes.
Devizes is always my first choice when it comes to dining out, with its wide selection of teas that never fail to impress. My personal favorite is the Chilli Chai - it packs a delicious punch! And when I'm feeling indulgent, I can't resist trying one of their unique and tasty savory scones. The quirky decor only adds to the charm of the place, creating a peaceful escape from the hectic outside world.
Looking for a cup of tea and spotted the sign for Tea Inc. We went down a narrow alleyway and found this delightful tea shop in a very old narrow building. Although there is not a lot of space there is loads of character. The cream tea was excellent and everything seems to be homemade. The staff made us very welcome, service was quick and prices reasonable
Delightful independent cafe tea emporium. Asked a local for a nice place for a light lunch what a great result. Lovely selection of light bights with of course) great tea. What a little gem. Wonderful coffee, cake and scone. Can't speak for the tea but it's clearly taken very seriously and looked amazing. Thankfully the proprietors don't take themselves as seriously as they take the food and drink making for a wonderful spot and worth finding. Not to be missed!!
This tea room is so unique full of character. It's not very big but does not feel cramped. The staff are friendly, the service good it has a good atmosphere. I'd highly recommend the cake coffee. If I lived in Devizes I'd be a regular.
During our visit to Devizes today, we discovered Tea Inc. My decaf flat white and coffee and walnut cake were delicious, and my husband loved his tea and raspberry and pistachio cake. We will certainly return.
