I stumbled upon this farm shop that looked fantastic. Their website touted fine food made with local produce from an artisan butcher, giving the impression of high quality. I decided to purchase some sausages and was delighted to find fresh homemade free range pork sausages. However, when I got home, I was shocked to discover a long list of additives on the ingredients label including various E numbers, monosodium glutamate, dextrose, maltodextrin, stabilisers... all of which I prefer to avoid. I was extremely disappointed.
The butcher at this restaurant deserves five stars for being extremely helpful, but the two servers we encountered had a terrible attitude. Their demeanor was reminiscent of slapped buttocks, and I was truly appalled by the poor customer service. Despite the great selection of fruits, vegetables, and fantastic meat choices, the experience has put me off from returning.
We came to lunch at your excellent restaurant yesterday and were thrilled at the new aprons that the waitress was so proud of. I'm sorry I have forgotten her name but she was excellent. Our food was superb as well. I can highly recommend Cafe Verde, I have eaten here twice and both times the meals have been brilliant. Thank you VERY MUCH.
Good farm shop lovely produce! We called in at 3:45pm on the way to a campsite on a Sunday and they couldn’t have been more unhappy to see us. The staff kept making comments that they wanted to cry because more people kept coming in despite the doors being open with signs still outside and their closing time being 4pm. We won’t be back.

Found this little gem on our way home from holidays. The small cafe is wonderful, great sandwiches and cakes, scones with jam and clotted cream are lovely. The farm shop is excellent quality and reasonably priced. We will definitely be going again when we are passing that way

Wonderful farm shop in a place you wouldn't expect. Quality and choice is amazing and its a brilliant place to stop if you are traveling across the Cotswolds area
Lots of good food and drinks, good butcher counter with delicious products and dry aged beef and they sell Hawkstone products too
