Hoy hemos pedido a Glovo, y por un error de la plataforma, no hemos recibido parte de la orden, llamando, hablando con el gerente y explicándole la situación, de una manera impecable que lo ha resuelto y ha tenido mucha paciencia desde que estábamos muy molestos. Un 10 para el equipo de esta Telepizza, aparte el producto ha llegado perfecto y rápido. Es bueno poder encontrar gente tan profesional. Que a pesar del error de glovo lo han resuelto inmediatamente.
Pedí un viernes y lo trajeron de inmediato, caliente y delicioso. la masa tierna y sabrosa. Al día siguiente quería la misma pizza, sólo que en glovo me había ido, la web no iba así que llamé por teléfono e inmediatamente me asistieron. volvieron a llamar sin duda. ¡Gracias!
