Ayer por la noche pedimos 8 pizzas para cenar, se confundieron y llamamos a las 00:03 para saber qué había pasado y por que faltaba una carbonara.. les explicamos que habían las 8 pizzas pero una no correspondía.. la chica muy amablemente me dijo que no me preocupara y que enseguida miraría de resolverlo.. para mi sorpresa que no pasaron ni 17 min y la pizza ya estaba en casa con un obsequio de regalo por las molestias... la verdad me sorprendió de forma muy positiva tanto la agilidad para resolver el problema como la amabilidad de la chica como la de todo el equipo de ese turno. They were wrong in the command and when I called to say it, they told me it was what appeared to them. They didn't take over. And they were nothing nice. This happened to me once with the app. I called again to make sure and they told me that I had failed again (no longer use it) and even though I sang my order told me that I would not leave until it appeared on screen. I have called other times and have changed (I believe) the person who was unpleasant on other occasions. now very well, except for the app.
My pizza comes with 2 hours late. I don't know what the dealer is called (white hair, lenses and a little older) despite the dealer's expectation for his professionalism, after apologising for the delay and jotifying it, I can only say that they are 5 stars are for oted, I hope that he treats it in this company as he deserves and provides the right means to be able to perform his service more effectively and safely. Esta bien, el servicio es rapido pero las pizzas no estan muy muy buenas, bastante saladas y empalagosas!
