Terrible attention, terrible work, terrible waiting time, everything painful. We order 4 pizzas at 8:45 at night for 9:50, we get there and they tell us that they are not there, that they have just been put in the oven. (THEY HAVE HAD 1 HOUR to make the 4 pizzas). With all that, we wait for the 4 pizzas to come out for around 15 minutes and when they come out we find that two of them are wrong, the ingredients did not match. They tell us that there is no problem and that they do them again, which is a lie, one of them I have doubts, but the other I have no doubt that since the only thing missing was the minced CarmeZ they added it later, appearing the minced Carme burnt and falling whole off...
My bad experience is having to wait more than an hour for two pizzas on a day when, according to what you told me, there wasn 't too much fuss . Very average pizza. I regretted ordering and not choosing another of the many options in the area. Next time, if the kids want pizza, they 're going to eat it rich but the pre-cooked ones. And they won 't have dinner at quarter past eleven at night. You have to improve and take responsibility together. Because everyone says that the delay doesn 't come from their area... Yesterday we had problems with the app to deliver at home and we had to call the local, a very nice guy attended us but the surprise came at the end, in the app it was 22.45 and by phone they told us 27.45 we told him why that difference and his answer is that it was more expensive by phone, I don't understand why, being the same company, same location, there is a difference of €5....it didn't seem fair to me. It is not your typical Telepizza restaurant. There was no pizza plate and they put us in cardboard boxes. The guy was very nice and brought our food to the table. Reading the reviews now I explain. Yesterday by phone They gave me 35 minutes to wait for home delivery and they show up at the hour and 40 min. Of course we didn't take them. Shameful.

We have gone before 11:30 p.m. and one of the waitresses clearly told us that the kitchen has been disassembled and that they cannot serve us. Since the kitchen closes at 12:00 p.m.
