I ordered a pizza on the web and it said that it would arrive at 9:35 p.m. Almost 20 minutes have passed since that time and no one comes or calls. I have called 3 times and a voiceover tells you that they will attend to you immediately, but a minute later it tells you that they cannot attend to you. We are starving and here we don't know anything about our order. Frankly disappointed. Edit: in the end it took them 40 more minutes to bring the order, and to top it off they didn't bring me change as I had requested, I had to pay more and of course the delivery man was not going to return to the office for it change because they have a lot of work. It is a fairly small place, when I went it was not very busy, everything was very clean and they brought us the pizzas right away, fresh out of the oven. The girl who is serving when I go is very friendly and it is truly a pleasure to deal with her. The bad thing is that they didn't have a soft drink that appears on the posters and they brought us another one that we had to change.
I always ask for store pickup and they are very fast, food on time and very tasty. I've been visiting this establishment for years and it's great. Only 1 time I had a problem that the pizza was burned on the base, but I realized it when I was at home.
Siempre pido para recogida en tienda y muy rápidos, comida a tiempo y muy rica. Llevo años visitando este establecimiento y genial. Solo 1 vez tuve un problema de que la pizza se quedó quemada la base, pero me di cuenta cuando estaba en casa.

de la alimentación no voy a opinar, xq es como la de todos los Telepizza. a mi me gusta. los empleados, una maravilla, y el local siempre está impecable.

Han mejorado pero las pizzas para lo que cuestan dejan que desear.
