We were really excited to try this restaurant because the menu is somewhat of a surprise. We chose it for a birthday celebration, and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed a six-course menu with wine pairings, which offered great value for the quality and service compared to many other six to eight-course restaurants. Everything was incredibly delicious, and the experience felt very unique since they remembered our names and were attentive to any dietary restrictions. We were fortunate to have their gazpacho, lasagna, crab cake sandwich, shrimp salad, New York steak, and peach crème dessert. I highly recommend it! WOW! This is truly some of the best food we've ever tasted. Everything was absolutely outstanding. Each dish that was served had perfect texture, beautiful presentation, and incredible flavor combinations. The dining experience itself was exceptional as well. The waitstaff were incredibly respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. As we don’t drink alcohol, they created some fantastic mocktails for us that we absolutely loved. We are at a loss for words to accurately convey how wonderful our experience was. We can’t wait to return to The Tenant in the future to try more of their amazing dishes! We would give you 10 stars if we could, but for now, you'll have to settle for 5.
I would give 6 stars if I could. Incredible experience from start to finish. They make it seamless from the start of calling ahead to learn of any food allergies or preferences. They have a nice bar next door to grab a cocktail before and once your bike is ready they transfer your drink tab over to your table. The 6 course meal is incredible and diverse. The explain each dish in its entirety and have a nice wine pairing to go with it. The ambiance is great, good space between tables, very intimate and not super loud. I will be returning!!
I have been to this restaurant many times and I have the best experience every time! The food is always fantastic, the atmosphere is so cozy and the service is unparalleled. Last night was our first experience at next door. What a delight! The drinks were simple and delicious. It's all such a great value and it felt like we were surrounded by friends (the staff. Tenant blew away my expectations every course was presented well, explained, and it was obviously thought out by the chef. We enjoyed talking with all the kitchen staff, and even went next door to the bar for drinks and pool after the dinner. The full experience was comfortable, delicious, and made us want to come back again.
The dinner was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. They did an excellent job accommodating a gluten-free diner in our group. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5. For dinner, the price per person was between $50 and $100.
A wonderful experience. Each course was perfect though the peach custard at the end was probably more perfect than the rest! I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a special night

Lovely meal at Tenant tonight with wine pairings. Aged beef and Comte sandwich, hand cut pasta and lamb meatball, polenta and mushroom with fried leaks. Plus a hotdog in he bar!
