Tenant is outstanding in every way.The food is not only delicious but the recipes and presentation are creative and artistic. I honestly can’t recall a better meal.Then the atmosphere and vibe are casual, clean and comfortable. The two owners and other chefs prepare and also serve the six courses. As they serve you each course, they describe the dish and the ingredients.Servings are small but every morsel is outstanding and we left feeling well fed and thoroughly satisfied. The wine pairings were spot on as well. Oh, they also spin great vinyl albums which only adds to the atmosphere.Every aspect is impressive and attentive. WOW! This has honestly got to be some of the very best tasting food we have had in our lives. It was absolutely outstanding. Every dish that came out had the right texture, presentation, and flavor combinations. The dining experience itself was something special as well. The wait staff were extremely respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable in the food that was served. We don 't drink alcohol and they prepared some mocktail drinks for us that were just absolutely wonderful. We are just at a loss of words as they are unable to truly and accurately describe how our experience really was. We look forward to coming back to The Tenant in the future in order to try some of the other amazing dishes...
Just an all-around great experience. All of the dishes were excellent. Our menu had a gazpacho that was the best I 've ever had. I don 't normally love gazpacho but this was very different and without a doubt the best I 've ever had. Other highlights included a creative taco salad that was so much better than I just made it sound. Highly recommended.
This place might be the worst restaurant i have been to in the entire Midwest and my entire life. Aggressively rude staff. Drinks resembling bath water. The height of elitism and hardly inclusive atmosphere permeate the room at this poor excuse for a restaurant. What a shame and poor representation for South Minneapolis.
