Tengri Tagh Uigur - Tisch resevieren

Viele der Probleme, die in den negativen Bewertungen des Restaurants Tengri Tagh Uigur genannt werden, können auch von mir bestätigt werden. Das Essen war sehr fettig, extrem salzig und fleischlastig, wobei kaum Gemüse in den Gerichten zu finden war, wie man auch auf den Bildern sehen kann. Die handgemachten Nudeln waren zu weich gekocht und zäh, zudem wurden die Nudeln zunächst vergessen und erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen serviert. Der Service gestaltete sich problematisch, da eine Bestellung vergessen wurde – ein häufiges Problem laut anderer Bewertungen. The two recommended dishes were tasty, but quite similar in taste. In the first dish, the noodles were fried with beef, peppers and onions and had little sauce, while in the second the vegetables were cut more coarsely and added over cooked noodles at the table with more sauce. The sauce seemed to be identical in both dishes and the taste was reminiscent of a tomato tinged, almost Italian like sauce. The noodles and meat were very good. The minced meat ordered in advance in a kind of puff pastry was solid crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and tasted intensely of beef with a hint of lamb, refined with cumin. The price is very fair.

To be fair I am not an authentic food person. I can categorize myself as open to discoveries. Yes, you got it. Sometimes it works, and sometimes… I went there around 3 pm on a Saturday. And it was packed. The air ventilation was poor so, I was hit by the smell at the very beginning. The server recommended a noodle dish with beef which was fine theoretically. In practice, it turned out to be greasy, a big portion with a tiny portion of beef and some chopped greens. No garlic notification at the beginning. I couldn’t eat more than a couple of forks. Not my type, not my style. A hard no for me.

The food was great However, the atmosphere is terrible (dirty walls, empty tables, chaos at the entrance door… And the service was totally overwhelmed. Food is bad, totally over salted and they make you find an ATM because they still don't accept cards in 2025. Also if you give anything less than 5 stars they will ask google to remove the review. Hence I lower my score from 4 to 1*.

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, das Essen war äußerst lecker und der Service extrem freundlich. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, aber bitte unbedingt im Voraus reservieren, denn ohne Reservierung geht hier nichts!

Wir hatten drei verschiedene Gerichte und alle waren sehr gut. Das Fleisch hat eine hervorragende Qualität. Der Jasmintee ist ausgezeichnet. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Sehr leckeres, hausgemachtes Essen! Lagman und Samsa sind immer noch genauso köstlich wie in Taschkent und Almaty.
