Tenka 's shoyu ramen is consistently mediocre. The best thing in the bowl is the pork belly. The best thing in the bowl SHOULD be the broth! A properly made shoyu broth is very VERY tasty and addictive as hell. The shoyu broth at Tenka is ... nothing. The only thing I could taste in the broth today was the char from the pork belly. The broth doesn 't bring any of it 's own flavor to the party. It seems thin to me as well. It lacks body. Is there any gelatin from bones in this broth? None I could detect. I always order takeout from Tenka Ramen, especially for their pork buns. They’re the best I’ve ever had—the meat is thick, lean, and pairs perfectly with the sauce and cucumber. Their ramen is also excellent, arguably some of the best in the state. It can be a bit salty, but I figure that’s just how it’s meant to be. The only downside is they only serve half an egg, and it was sweet—I'm not a fan of sweetness in my savory dishes—but overall, it was still enjoyable, and their service definitely made up for it. Saw a TikTok about Tenka Ramen, so I decided to stop in with a friend. We were greeted right away, and ordering was simple and easy. Our ramen didn’t take too long to come to our table. I ordered the #2 Tonkotsu Ramen. The pork belly and egg were tasty, but the broth was lackluster; didn’t add much to the overall flavor of the dish. In addition, there was too much chopped scallions in the dish (for my preference). Overall, not particularly impressed by the ramen, but I’d eat here again.Parking: Paid parking garage a block away and paid street parking around the restaurant.

Ate here a while ago, but finally getting around to doing the review. Decent ramen. I 'll be honest, any time I can add CORN to ramen, I 'm sold. Prolly among the best ramen options in the area, and I 'm happy to have a decent ramen option in Uptown area. Not a destination ramen place (ie not gonna drive 20+min from the burbs to go here) but would return if I was feeling ramen and was in the area. Nice service.
My son wanted to visit a small ramen shop, so I picked this place because the menu was simple and the reviews were excellent. It turned out to be a wonderful little spot that we really enjoyed. The food was delicious, and the friendly young woman at the counter made the experience even better.
Tonkatsu Ramen I got here was very good! One of my favorite ramens so far! And also their milk tea here was much better than expected. Service was great and quick! Would recommend!
Amazing ramen and wonderful staff. Very welcome if place with great ramen and bubble tea. Chicken was perfect and broth was incredibly flavorful. See you again soon!

Delicious food and milk tea! The stuff members are also nice. I ordered a medium milk tea but instead they gave me a large one to compensate for not having the boba.
