Teras Grill Restaurant is located on Clements Road just off Ilford High Road and accessible via car and public transport. There is a multi storage car park available and at affordable prices. The reason I just don't know: if the restaurant is such a great...place, why have they got just a mere 2* for food Hygiene Rating. It’s one of the worst ratings in Ilford. I have been to this restaurant countless times the food is always pleasant, affordable appetising. The restaurant itself is quite small located very close to the shopping centre. I believe the management has changed because of the change in name etc. but...I feel that there is not much of a difference, apart from a few tweaks in the menu. Their burgers are served with chips are nice enjoyable. Their family platter, I believe it's called, is very filling delicious it comes with a lot of meat the portion size is good. worst experience ever in my life not 1 but 3 I ratted when I saw that they refused to pay, it will not touch with a 10'foot barge practice! customer service so rude the manager swore to me and so embarrassing that everyone saw. He told me. I'm not classified as being a customer because I only spent £5.00, I was destroyed!

amazing eating really enjoyed my time here relaxed atmosphere beautiful personal nice setting no alcohol served but beautiful alternatives, I think they can actually bring them their own in, may not be false safe, but nevertheless really nice evening out

The food is lovely here. fresh tasty well priced and a lovely service. Would recommend. It's also different to what else is available. We have a toddler so I will be taking him next time to enjoy with us.

Great food. Everything is fresh from the grill. Bit pricey but the quality of food is absolutely amazing. Great service and friendly staff. Definitely worth the visit if you like turkish food.
