The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow, and customer service is lacking. They charge extra for sauce—40 cents—when it’s typically free elsewhere. I specifically requested the sauce, but when my food arrived, it was missing. When I brought it up, the staff member just held out his hand for the 40 cents instead of apologizing for the 20-minute wait or the language mix-up during my order. I didn’t visit this place often, but after this experience, I definitely won’t be returning. There’s a much better option on Queens Chapel Road, anyway.
Great bento box and outstanding value! The bento boxes cost around $8.50, and I've become a regular since trying them. Update 1.5 years later: I continue to visit this place frequently, about 1-2 times a month. Generally, the service is quite fast. However, there was one occasion when my online order got lost, so I suggest calling in your order instead. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and the value remains exceptional.
I’ve been to this restaurant twice since it opened, and I’m really impressed with their counter-service sushi. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and efficient. It’s wonderful to have such a great option nearby. I hope they continue to succeed!
Great Japanese food! However this is not a “sushi restaurant” as many people commonly misinterpret, but a Japanese grill with Sushi elements. If your in the mood for Sushi and don’t wanna break the bank I still highly recommend if your inHyattsville (Next to the Chipotle).

I absolutely love this new restaurant in the neighborhood! They serve delicious, freshly prepared food that’s served hot, all at fantastic prices. The staff is really friendly, and the grand opening offers are amazing. We've already visited 4 or 5 times since they opened!
My favorite spot for teriyaki chicken with noodles! The portions are always generous and reasonably priced. I always accompany my meal with a side of sushi, and it never lets me down. If you're in search of a delicious and quick meal, this is the perfect place to visit.
I really love this restaurant! The food was fresh and incredibly tasty. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and the shrimp tempura roll, and the flavors were fantastic. The portion size was plentiful as well. I might just return tomorrow!

Absolutely the best sushi I've ever had! You must try the Maryland roll and California roll, especially with eel sauce. It’s a game-changer!
I ordered delivery and the food was incredible! I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the generous portions.
