This venue used to have the best halloumi burger in Melbourne. It was stunning. They also had a great selection of tasty veggie options. Not any more unfortunately. The new menu is very meat heavy, and the veggie options are tasteless and expensive. We recently...tried a veggie option they had on special....it was dry, small and unpleasant. It is really very disappointing. We had been long term regular patrons of the pub, and loved the atmosphere and food. They do not need to look far to find pubs with great veggie options....perhaps they should take a short walk up Rucker’s hill and try some of the pubs up there. We had a wonderful dining experience at a charming pub restaurant with a cozy log fire. The atmosphere was perfect for the cold winter nights. We enjoyed a variety of classic pub dishes as well as some high-quality restaurant options. The only downside was the confusing policy that prohibited us from purchasing drinks at the front bar (which had an excellent selection of beers) and bringing them into the restaurant. Despite this issue, we had a great time and would have appreciated clearer communication about the rules. Overall, it's a great pub with a good selection of trendy craft beers, but some improvements on their policies would make the experience even better.
After I heard the great recommendation of terminus, my partner changed and I changed our original schedules last minute and booked a table for 2 in the dining room. when we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles and amazing attitudes by each person of the staff we interacted with. the dining room area is stunning; it was warm, welcoming and had a great mood, especially for a date! we ate to share, and everyone had a steak and finished with the panna cotta. each dish was delicious! and we left with full cum and full heart, not before we left a deserved tip! we will be back in any case <3
I stopped by this pub with a friend for drinks. It is a welcoming establishment with a selection of fantastic craft beers on tap. The service was friendly and accommodating. I had the opportunity to try the "Urban Ale" from Urban Alley Brewery, which I hadn't seen before. It was delicious, slightly hoppy, and very easy to drink. I also enjoyed the Bootsrocker Stout, which was excellent - toasty, smooth, and perfect for a chilly evening. I've been wanting to get to the Terminus Hotel to check it out for a while now I'm so glad I finally did! I went there on a Tuesday night. Every element from start to finish was just the best experience. From the friendly...staff, to the great selection of food drinks. Such a warm, friendly, laid back atmosphere with good covid safety measures in place. I had the steak it was cooked to perfection! The starters and the dessert were really tasty too. Such a wonderful experience I can't wait to get back here!
we were a big group on a busy night soon after the kovid free day. I blame myself for the delay in ordering that I had left my phone home and they couldn't let me in quite right until they looked at my vax certificate. the meals were...sometimes late,but delicious. it was so nice to have cooked whole fish dory on the wood charcoal grill. were innovativ and generous. we're coming back.
had a delicious lunch! steak cooked perfectly truffle butter delicious. chips and leaf salad with a beautiful dressing. yum husbands bier bestreut rockling was nice he asked for aioli instead of tartare . no problem and the aioli was fantastic. service good environment beautiful.

I spent a day here with a group of friends over the Easter weekend. we all ordered meals and drinks and had a nice time! the staff is friendly, the shrub is good for the price, and the mood was very relaxed. go back!
