Santiago Samano is an incredible employee you have dealing with the public. I have been to many places in my 63 years on this earth and this is the best customer service I have ever received. Hands down the best. In an age where customer service has disappeared it was really refreshing to have this young man wait on me in jthis restaurant. He greeted us, thanked us for our patience and took our order. Small talked with us about Christmas and had a huge smile on his face the whole time. Tasty pizza but poor service. I ordered a pizza at 5:15pm and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes. I arrived at 6pm and paid but then was told they were “catching up on orders”. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before my pizza was ready. Many others were standing around waiting. I would’ve liked to have been told about the additional wait before I paid, not after. This restaurant needs to figure out a better way to estimate wait times. This was my first time here, but I will not be returning.
