We experienced very poor service during our visit. We only saw our waiter twice: once to take our drink and food order, and again to clear our bread. Apart from that, we felt completely ignored. After waiting for 20 minutes without any attention, we had to ask another waiter for our check. It took an additional 10 minutes for a different waiter to come and handle it. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, and there were plenty of staff available, so we're not sure what the issue was. This was our first time encountering such terrible service here.
The waiter hurried us through our meal as if the restaurant was closing at 9 PM on a Saturday. They served the entrees while we were still eating our salads, and when we asked if we could wait a moment, it was evident that our food had been sitting under the heat lamps for at least 20 minutes. The steak we received was inedible. Despite a polite conversation with the staff, nothing changed. The service was lacking and unprofessional. I'd recommend visiting for the ambiance or decor rather than the food.
Went for my birthday. It was not acknowledged at all, even though it was listed on the reservation. Server was not around much-she was very nice, but I think she had too many tables. The noise level was incredibly loud and made it hard to have much conversation. Food was good, as always. I would love to see some options on the menu for pancakes or for some other vegetarian options that are enjoyed for brunch.
Absolutely amazing! I can't wait to go back! The food was incredible—I highly recommend the truffle fries, the French toast, and the snickerdoodle latte. The distinctive indoor garden ambiance is wonderful, and the dining experience was fantastic. The service was outstanding. I will definitely return!
Ambiance and service was really good. I personally feel there are better places around if you are there only for taste. Their drinks were amazing.
