We arrived here at 8pm for our reservation and sat out on the terrace whilst they were still setting tables. Starting with the food, we very much enjoyed what we ate. The oxtail croquettes were lovely and the meat was very tender. The burger was probably the low-light and was okay. The burrata salad was lovely and it was nice and fresh. The fish with the vegetables was good. For dessert the sorbet was enjoyed and the pavlova was exceptional. We were told the carrot cake was sold out 10 minutes after ordering however this arrived with the other desserts. However, the meal was very much let down by the lacklustre service. Went with my partner tonight for dinner. Had a mixture of the croquettes and bread and oil. The bread was not great and the oil said the neighbouring restaurants name on it. We had to sit outside and it was not a very pleasant experience. We were basically in the middle of a quick way around the markets for people to walk through the out door dinning area. The staff were horrendous, not wanting to help what so ever, we ordered a salad with our main, asked where it was and how long it would take. Got told 2 minutes. Nearly 15 minutes later we had to ask again and by the time it came out the jamon that we had ordered to accompany it has been half eaten as we were starving. Do not get the scall...
El servicio fue bueno y el personal está muy atento. Sin embargo la experiencia con la comida no fue la esperada. El entrante llegó frío, pedimos arroz de secreto y verduras como principal y literal que tenía dos trozos diminutos de secreto!!! En el postre, dije que por favor pusieran una vela (de hecho me lo ofrecieron ellos porque celebrábamos un cumpleaños) y cuando lo sirvieron, obviamente no estaba.También, pedimos una buena mesa ya que era algo “especial”, estuvimos al lado de un ventanal donde era incómodo estar por el sol y las cortinas no bajaban, pedimos que por favor lo pusieran bien y nos dijeron que sí pero nunca lo hicieron …pagamos 90€ por dos personas…Desde luego, no se si va...
Celebramos mi cumpleaños en este restaurante en pleno corazón de Alicante ciudad, muy buen ambiente, el servicio extraordinario y la gastronomía fue absolutamente soberbia, platos de gran nivel en una diversidad de opciones Españolas Mediterráneas muy interesantes, una cena excepcional la verdad muy recomendable! The food here was fantastic. All three of us had different mains and we all loved them. I’d recommend the lamb and apricot. A delicious blend of salt and sweet. Service is good and an opportunity to people watch when on the terrace.
Lo único que cuando está completo el servicio baja bastante la calidad. Creo que deben mejorarlo. Por lo demás tanto ubicación como la calidad de la comida son excelentes.
Un local muy bonito, ambiente muy agradable. Todo muy bueno. La terrina de foie, la pluma ibérica y las alcachofas a la brasa
Precioso lugar, música excelente y apropiada, la comida un poco cara para lo que es, por lo demás muy recomendable.
