Spacious and comfortable villa/gîte. The configuration of the accommodation allows a tranquility while being able to exchange with the very friendly neighborhood. Water inflatable games were much appreciated by children as well as the playground. In the absence of the lake, you have to take the car to do the activities ( hence the missing star). The city of Moncontour, although very quiet, hides interesting historical events. Friendly welcome and we spent a nice week.
Stay at the end of August 2023. Positive point (yes, there is! : Very shady campsite. Negative points: very few games for children, those that are present are outdated. Cleanliness of the mobile homes needs to be reviewed, several customers have confirmed this to us. The same goes for their maintenance. At more than €140 per night with check-in at 4 p.m. and return at 10 a.m. in a place with little tourism and at the end of August, there is abuse!
Placed 1 star because very poorly maintained camping and very dirty sanitary, garbage not removed. Too bad to find his birthplace in this state. Quiet village that could be very pleasant! MM
