Went in this week to do my weekly shop while browsing got hit full on on my right hand side by a full crate being pushed by a member of staff by some miracle I did not fall over but it jared my whole body giving me an instant migraine the member of staff begrudgingly said sorry and walked off not happy with the treatment from the managers who were more concerned about their own welfare my point is what if an old person or a child had been hit are we safe shopping here I don't know if I dare shop here again still waiting for a phone call four days after the incident even though I was promised a phone call from the management on the day it happened very poor treatment if you do shop here hold...
Wont be visiting again for breakfast .egg was like you got from a joke shop .bacon was scrag ends .beans dry . Spoke to the chef .if he was a chef doubt it very much .he had the cheek to say.when you order again. just let me know how you would like your egg cooking ...really. avoid breakfast at all times. Oooh watch out for the cons the staff dont.... tell u about wen ordering ..I.e mushrooms ash browns.etc .your bill never ends up the price on the menu .I queried the bill .I was told by the not so pleasant staff you have to state what you would like .otherwise your automatically charged. .what a joke Tesco hucknall cafe.
Nice clean tables and staff really helpful and polite, we had a breakfast £4.14) staff was lovely and accommodated me when asking for a wrap they only thing negative id say is that the mushroom, sauage and hash brown was really greasy, maybe looking at cooking these differently would make this more enjoyable.
Friendly staff and very accommodating when we realised that the melting Santa hot chocolate had marshmallows that my partner's son couldn't have, they immediately exchanged it for a regular hot chocolate. Would highly recommend
