My wife and I decided to celebrate our 13 year wedding anniversary lunch at Texas De Brazil. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience. The food was definitely not fresh, the servers did not check in much and there was at least a 12 15 minute gap in between. We raised our concerns to the waiter/servers who apologized but didn't do much to address our complaint. I was really disappointed and it's still upsetting that a great day was spoiled with medicore service. My wife suggested to call and share our experience as we spent $100 but left hungry. eating is a step up of golden corral buffet, but at 10x the price. simply go to a steak restaurant (ruth chris, gibson’s, perry’s) and it will probably be less price with 10x the quality. the whole meat had a tonne fat, well boiled and the main cut ny strip had the taste of shoe leather. they couldn't eat on the buffet, as the people only use their hands because of the missing tongs. we paid $280 for 2 adults and 2 children. we celebrated a childbirth day and thought it was a novel idea to try tdb as he loves meat. we should have eaten out of a dirty **** and saved the money. it would have been better. I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and found the price per person to be between $50-100. The food was excellent, receiving a rating of 5. The service was good, with a rating of 4. The atmosphere was also pleasant, earning a rating of 4. I would highly recommend trying the Churrasco Feast, Flank Steak, Salad Bar Items, Leg of Lamb, and Lamb Chops.
very poor service waiter never came by and asked if we needed something. they asked how we wanted our meat, and I said medium well. very small pieces came medium. more than one server said they came back with the medium well and never back. only a bad experience will not go back. other competitors are much better quality and service.
