Worst dining experience in the US. Cannot believe it happened in Texas Road house.1. No bread roll for us while other groups get theirs at the moment they come in to the table(This issue should belong the guy led us to the table since I noticed he gave other groups the bread while taking them to the seat)2. Our server Kimberly in the beginning was very nice explaining the menu and the history as it was our first time at Texas Roadhouse. Although she was nice in the beginning, towards the end of our meal she became very rude and unfriendly. We asked for extra bread to go and she gave us a disgusted look and questioned us as if we were dumb. We believe the attitude change was because she was not happy with how much we tipped. She slammed the receipt on the table and walked away very irritated. She even took time out of her day to circle the total on the receipt because she was so unhappy with the tip we gave. So we had lunch their on a Saturday. By noon they were very busy and had to wait. We where seated in area just to the left of the front door, which I really liked because it was quite. Lately, all of the places I dined have pretty bad service. Also, I have been to two VERY upscale and expensive steak house that were horrible (had to send steaks back because they were barely cooked when I ordered it medium). So I got the best steak here in months, cooked to medium as I ordered it. Our appetizers were really good and we had some ribs too that were great. Our server Zaira (sorry I am not sure if I spelled the right) was fantastic. Attentive and really took care of us, so thank you!
For my meal, I had barbecue grilled chicken, which was perfectly marinated in a tasty barbecue sauce. I also enjoyed a side of mac and cheese along with a baked potato, both served hot and ready, accompanied by cinnamon butter. The atmosphere was vibrant, and everyone had great energy, making it a wonderful dining experience.
As a food critic, I’m always keen to explore the menu, and I can confidently say this place deserves a five-star rating. I’ll definitely be back!

Ft Worth Steak is our go to. We love getting it with a house salad and Loaded mashed potatoes.As an appetizer, we share their Cactus Blooms and it's amazing!Our steaks were cooked just right and I rarely need any additional steak sauce.Our waiter was extremely helpful and very attentive.The service was quick and their complimentary dinner rolls are always warm and fresh.
Went on Sunday and it was packed. One hour wait. Once we go seated. Kevin was our server and he went above and beyond. Took great care of our party of 5. Food was served in a timely fashion and he checked up on us often. Food was great too. Kevin had a great attitude even though it was packed and our order was correct. Thank You Kevin!!!
As my 6yo said, I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Amazing staff with really nice food, we loved the cactus blossom fried onion and steaks and burgers, great quality and salad was fresh.
They told us there would be a two-hour wait for a table, so we decided to leave.
