Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The hostess got our orders wrong and did not rectify the mistake, leaving us waiting for 2 hours with nothing to show for it. The manager, Brandon, lied to us about our food being ready in 10 minutes, only to discover it was never even started. Instead of apologizing, Brandon tried to appease us with more bread, which was insulting. If you're looking for terrible service, this is the place for you. We ordered pickup. It was scheduled for 6:30 PM. We arrived at parking area 6:25. At 6:31 text mesagged 'not ready '. We waited and texted 6:40/6:45/6:50 each time we got not ready response. Finally at 7:03 we went in to see that the pickup was ready and meal getting colder by the minute. We asked for manager who stated they don 't Sent the text. She offered to exchange cold meal for a fresh heated one. But we didn 't get anything extra for the 30 minute plus delay and inconvenience. NO BUENO!
