The service at this place was pretty bad. We were seated near the bar. We sat, and sat before the waitress who looked like she was also one of the bartenders came over for the drink order. I asked if they could make a daiquiri, she said sure and ran off with out taking my husbands drink order. She came back with something made with Rose's lime juice. This is not a daiquiri. I told her a daiquiri was like a whiskey sour but with rum. She said, I can make a whiskey sour. I didn't want a whiskey sour. I settled for a margarita. On a 5 day work trip with my brother here at the Atlantic City 42nd National Sports Collectors Convention in New Jersey! Driving around (not many restaurants) last day work wondering what would be my last meal before heading back to Chi-Town! There it was a hidden Texas Roadhouse (yelped it lol). Table for two and it was packed but luckily about 5 minutes BAM seated! Got our drinks/water and then ordered couple appetizers and entrees! Customer service was ahhhhhhh TOP NOTCH that's right!!! Every few minutes checked in on us didn't have to raise my hand for attention!! As for the food it was delicious no leftovers!! Do I recommend Duh hello 5 stars!!! I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could - but since that's not an option, I'll settle for 5 stars. I arrived right when the restaurant opened and was greeted warmly and seated promptly. My steak was cooked perfectly and the waitress made excellent suggestions to enhance my meal. A manager even stopped by to ensure everything was to my liking, which was a nice touch. The waitress checked on me just the right amount of times, ensuring I never had to wait too long for anything. After finishing my meal, the entire staff bid me a good day and I left feeling very pleased with the food, service, and price. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious steak.
I did enjoy the place and how everything looked. The food there was pretty average but my issue was the the plates, cups, and silverware. The cups were not cleaned well the plates were still wet and some had some orange goo on it. My fork had food stuck in between it and the other silverware was just not very sanitary. Filet was amazing. Sweet potato, not so much. I was served a rotten potato. They graciously cooked me a whole new meal which forced my coworker to eat by himself and then watch me eat my meal. Their tea was basically water. In the south, we love our tea! Only three stars.
I ordered food for my family for pick up when i arrived i had to wait an additional 30 mins for my food. My order was completely messed up and also cold. my dinner rolls were not even fresh smh i never have this issue when i go to the Millville franchise!
First time there! I chose a Ribeye and it was so big I had a whole meal the second day. Service was fantastic.
