I honestly think that whoever thought it would be a good idea to convert what used to be a comfortable waiting area to tiny no room having booths should be fired. At the expense of volume they sacrificed comfort and relaxation. They have crammed so many tables in one area I don 't understand how this hasn 't been deemed a safety hazard. And to make it worse they don 't even have enough staff to take care of that many customers. We had to wait over an hour to get our food after ordering. I 'm not a massive person, 5 '11 265lbs and I had trouble getting comfortable in a booth that was tight enough to squeeze my belly. I’ve eaten at Texas Roadhouse quite often in the past and really enjoyed my meal last night my husband and myself went to Texarkana to and although the service was excellent the steaks were lacking both of our rib eyes were over cooked yams the rolls were not up to par as before. Be a while before we go back. Haven’t completely ruled them out yet
the roadhouse never fails! cold beer in high tassen and a **** mary with a kickin’ garden to season it! steaks cooked to their choice the rib bones fall from the minute they dive! Service staff management always has a smile all are out to ensure they are satisfied with all their desires. we will definitely come back!
