Date: 10/16/23 We had an outstanding experience during our visit! Our waiter, Dennis, was hands down the best we’ve ever had. He made everything perfect—from the world-famous dinner rolls to the irresistible rattler bites, ribeye, and baked potato, everything was served promptly. For a mass-produced, cattle-call restaurant experience, Texas Roadhouse surprisingly straddles an average to above average experience (I 'd do 3.5 stars if that rating option was available). We dropped in on a Saturday night, and this place was packed in like sardines. Like, way too many people in one restaurant. However, you don 't come here for a fine-dining experience. You come to eat, and eat you do and you will leave full. The hot rolls are a perfect start, and they just keep 'em coming. The steaks were successfully (surprisingly so) cooked to your specifications and are tasty, but they aren 't going to put Ruth 's Chris out of business. My husband and I went out to eat on a Sunday night and it was super busy! There was a 10-15 minute wait, and every table was full. When we sat down our server, Andy introduced himself and brought us our drinks. Despite being busy and having many other tables, he was still able to provide amazing service. Andy was so polite and kind, and always had a smile on his face. We will for sure return because of the wonderful service and food! Service: Dine in

Despite the one-hour wait outside due to the restaurant being busy, the staff was exceptionally polite and provided great service. Came to dine alone and was treated with excellent service quickly my server was Kierra very humble. But what made me appreciate my meal best was Manager Maddie brought me my plate and introduced herself to me. Everything was great ! Great experience I will return on lunch breaks.Food: 5/5
