Texas Roadhouse - Tisch reservieren

The service was ok. Had to ask waiter if he was ok because attitude was at a high level. We came at 830, so we get it you had a long day and ready to go home but get this, I don't get a discount because it is 830pm. The food was not the best, both orders of ribs were dry and chewy. Ill say this...the bread was awesome and my beer was cold. I had given the place a break because it just had not been on point for a bit, now decided will stay away for a while. Back again after this post (a few years) ...same.

Food was good like always but we were sat right next to a huge group when there was many other open spots. Our server was always technical with her words like sounded like robot. No personality. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times because she would hear us but second she left the table it already left her head. She was nice but god she was so loud like seriously. She was gone most of the time so drinks were left empty for long periods. I cant get over how loud she was like quiet down

Been going here for years and I always get great service. They’re great at accommodating dietary restrictions and able to changes plate on a need basis. I accidentally ordered something I could eat and they swapped it for something else. Steaks are always cooked just right :

The chicken fried chicken and chicken fried stakes are PAPER THIN PORTIONS. The fried catfish has also been downsized. I guess they are trying to cut their food cost by skimping on the portion size. We are loyal customers, but we are very disappointed in Texas Road House.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Love it! Wish we had this chain in The Netherlands
