Order on the website at 11 a.m. for pickup at 1:30 a.m. Credit card spided and I thought I was good to go. We already ordered online and had good luck. My mistake I didn't get around with a phone call. I have to go to the restaurant at 1:00. Do not order ready and no record. Ordering was returned to pick-up window and the order was told would take about 25 minutes. Almost 50 minutes. 've been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Hoping for a redemption round and well it 's the third disappointment. Probably won 't be returning. First two trips ordered 16oz sirloin Medium. (Hot pink Center) it came out blue rare. It was basically raw with a charred outside. Which would be fine if that 's how I ordered it. The rest of the meal was great but how do mess up on the Star of the show 3 times. The third time was the same except this time after sending it back. The bottom was like a charcoal briquette. Hard black burnt to a crisp couldn 't even cut it. Meat was tough like it had been microwaved to cook internal then charred for 5 minutes with a heat press on a 600 degree charbroiler...
Over the past three weeks, I have been disappointed by the food at this restaurant. After three disappointing visits, I am not sure if I will come back. The first two times I ordered a 16oz Sirloin cooked to medium (with a hot pink center), but it came out blue rare. It was practically raw on the inside and charred on the outside. The rest of the meal was good, but it's frustrating to have the main dish messed up three times. The third time, the steak was still undercooked and then overcooked to the point of being hard as a coal briquette. The ribs were good on the third visit, but the steak continues to be a letdown. My husband and I dined at this restaurant on September 14, 2022, and we had an excellent experience. The dinner was fantastic, the drinks were spot-on, and our server, Michael, was exceptional. He was friendly, upbeat, and incredibly attentive, truly on top of his game. I highly recommend him to anyone who appreciates top-notch service. The entire staff was amazing as well! My son and I went to the restaurant on a Monday following Mother's Day to avoid the Sunday rush. The food and our server were outstanding. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and our server was attentive, experienced, and welcoming. We dined at 2:00 and the restaurant was not very busy. Despite this, we were very pleased with our experience and will definitely be back.
Honestly service wise it was 5 star. Our server was attentive, kind and thorough. However the food was only ok, kind of upsetting. The steak was good. The blooming onion was half onion skin! And the vegetables were drowning in liquid and brown and lastly the potatoes were over cooked and dry.
The service was excellent! Our party of 6 was seated promptly. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, constantly checking on us to make sure everything was alright. We enjoyed the onion blossom as an appetizer, and my steak was cooked perfectly. We will definitely return soon.
