One of the few restaurants in the Fort Smith area that is always consistent in both food service. We’ve been here many times it’s always great service, reasonable prices, and an overall positive experience. We always leave feeling like we got our money’s worth always make sure we order enough steak to take some home for our miniature weenie dog…… Never thought we’d be THOSE people . Unless you’re not a fan of meat, Texas Roadhouse is always a safe choice in our opinion . Just be careful not to fill up on the rolls before your entree gets to the table… VERY easy to do b/c they’re SO GOOD!
The food was fantastic. Our steaks were perfect. Our server was attentive. It was just my husband and I dining about 20 minutes after they opened so there wasn't many people when we arrived yet they placed is at one of the large tables meant for 6 people near a family with children placed behind us and across from us. The family behind us had a child dropping food in my hair and they were loud. They did not think when they seated us. We should not have been placed in what was clearly abb area for larger groups. They may need better training. That was disappointing.
Our waitress, Megan, was undoubtedly one of the best I've ever encountered, and I've dined at numerous fine dining establishments! She was incredibly attentive and asked all the right questions to enhance my meal. She consistently checked in on us and ensured our glasses were always full, plus she made sure my steak was cooked to perfection when she brought our plates. The rolls were fresh and served hot, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was impeccably clean! I’m so glad we chose to have a late lunch here, and I can’t wait to return soon.

The food was excellent. My wife had prime rib and I had what they called roadkill which was a chopped sirloin. The prime rib was cooked excellent. My chop sirloin was high quality beef with onions mushrooms and cheese, cooked just the way I ordered it. Even the baked potatoes were great. My wife ordered a large margarita and it was excellent. The service was also very good. By the way in response to the owner who asked if I was coming back my answer is of course I am.
As a foreigner working in Fort Smith, I can confidently say that this restaurant is the best spot in town for delicious food and warm, friendly service. I find myself dining here nearly every evening, enjoying a few drinks to unwind after a long day at work. I usually sit at the bar and love chatting with the people around me. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is excellent, and the service is outstanding.

The rolls here are always fantastic! Our server, Logan, was amazing. It seemed like everyone was having a wonderful time. I just wish I had taken a picture of the food before I dug in!

Great food great service and great prices. Definitely the best in the area. They make sure you have plenty. Oh and the bread yes the bread is addicting and they just keep bringing it.
