the restaurant has an uncomfortable terrace, close to tables and be glued to the road. traffic noise is constant. service is voluntary, but only that. it lacks professionalism everywhere. and the kitchen. Well, they try and some dish is interesting, but in general, the dishes lack conjunction, not adding ingredients to a dish, this improvement. they are very lacking to get what they want to offer. I honestly think it is a young and illusory project, in a place somewhat complicated to carry out. the price, more than reasonable for what they offer.
So while visiting Tejeda we stopped at Texeda brewery for lunch. They offer their menus in 5+ languages which is really nice, since we were used to spanish menus throughout the island. I tried the signature canary food, called Ropa vieja, which is made from slow cooked goat meat and chickpeas. It was delicious, comes topped with cooked egg. It's really something different at goes along really well with their wheat beer which they brew at home. Prices are fair and the waiter was really nice. If you are in Tejeda, it's a must visit !
Lovely welcome. Tried all three lovely beers. Just had time for food, which was very high quality Sama y quinoa y curry verde, and MrsMoosehead had arros con carabineros. Not massive portions like some restaurants around here, but plenty and not packed out with chips or the like. Just a glimpse of fine dining in the rural Tejeda Only a shame that they aren't open late, but economics of day visitors makes that understandable. Will be back

Fantástica experiencia gastronómica.Explosión de sabores, la presentación ,variedad en la carta y una muy buena calidad del producto. No sabría decir que plato me gustó más, todos deliciosos. Y los postres, la guinda.En cuanto al trato, es inmejorable.Volvemos seguro.
