Visited this place and it was as cold inside as it was outside, there were very few customers and I had to wait to even be greeted at the door. Was finally seated and again has to wait for my waiter to take my order. Ordered buffalo wings. I took a bite of the first wing it as like biting into a piece of cardboard. Thinking it's we just a bad wing I tried another one, same thing. Tried a total of 3 wings and each were worst than first one. When the waiter came by I explained that the wings were terrible and he asked if I wanted them to go, as if they would get better if I brought them home. No apologies what so ever or even offer to make another batch. $20.00 for cardboard. Never again will...
Was dining in today and I left because of how I Hurd the manager speaking to the girl in a red sweater and she has blue hair. It was not acceptable and I am a regular customer and I always see that young girl working hard in the kitchen and up where they give out take out orders. It is always her and a short Hispanic guy trying to fix customer problems I’m there every week and I watch how they work I wish I had workers like them that’s so committed to their job. I was even there yesterday with my family and I had a great server her name was mama she made sure we was happy with my meal
ordered a whisky glazed n.y strip medium. instead came a very well made carton in butter. I showed the waiter and he ordered a fire. When my 3 gassed with the new teller came, I was ready to eat and was ready for the check. I was still hungry so that I cut my steak up that got back into butter and not in the jack daniel sauce and it was again very well made rubber. the kicker wanted to recharge me for two steaks! eating was so good here once. If you want to check out these reviews, you must bring experienced Friday chefs.
I usually came to this place and never really had a problem. I came to this place yesterday and it was empty, I thought I had a great service. I'm wrong! that was not attentive and that was terrible. we ordered the classic appetizers, the chicken pieces were small and weren't even huh it was literally hard brot. I also ordered the million dollar cobb salat, disgusting, not to mention that they did not all of my ingredients. our drinks took a long time, we found haare in Oreo ice cream. it was a really bad experience.

Never again i repeat never again i ordered a chicken sandwich to go and it was the worst sandwich iver ever seen. It would be better i went to burger king because tgif food is not DONE TO ORDER. The chicken could be used as a weapon and the cheese been on it from last week was disgusting and very disrespectful how could you give someone that to eat thats wicked and cold hearted i had to drive all the way back spoiled my entire night.
the server was terrible. we sat at 19 o'clock and were served only at 10 o'clock. he has ruined our orders and lost some. he even opened my daily cake on another table before he was stopped. the man came to our table to apologize, though we tried our best to be patient. he said he noticed we were there for a long time. the food was burned. it was a very bad experience.
I love you guys you guys fill up my belly especially when I’m thirsty this is one issue where is the top shelf there’s not a bottles missing and it’s been over a month PS I love the staff everyone he is helpful especially in a time of need I lost my phone multiple times and they help me

I had not been to Fridays in about 4 years. Service was fine but the burger although tasty had shrunk considerably, the fries were not crisp. Price up. Pandemic times
