Went here with a large group, food came and was cold when it arrived. This is my second bad experience at TGI's (first was at a different location). Beer that. Was served was also flat which was kindly refunded from the bill. Always willing to give an establishment a second chance hence the reason for the return. Unfortunately I won't be dining at a TGI Friday's again. Only positive was that the staff were great, attentive to the group I was with and did everything they could to help improve the experience, unfortunately the food let the side down.
The second we came in we were hosted extremely well by a lovely lady but to be honest the staff were all very kind and it didn’t take long for us to order once we were seated. The food came hot and quickly and staff were always checking if we were okay. I would 100% recommend to go to TGIs wembley for a dinner with your loved ones, I myself had a great time will definitely be returning!!
Grace was amazing this is my second time I’ve been here and each time she has given the best service she looks after all her tables and always is so helpful the food was great and the cocktails was even better thanks to dejan Mwahh and thank you grace xx
Came in on Tuesday 6th for lunch, had an amazing server called Luis. Food was great, got it swiftly, piping hot and delicious. Luis asked if all was ok and got us refills of our drinks when he saw we needed them. Would go back and would recommend :

Our server Grace Was an absolute delight and took our orders and explained the menu and options very well. She brought our food out speedily and quickly and has beautiful manners. Would definitely dine here again. Food was amazing.
It was amazing the food was delicious I really enjoyed I had a birthday too which was enjoyable they sang their own happy birthday song which I was really happy about
Wonderful atmosphere at TGI Wembley. I went with a few friends and our bartender Anisa was amazing. Gave us banging recommendations and each cocktail was amazing
The place was lovely,very clean,the ambiance was calming and it was Valentine's day ,I felt the love,the customer care was out of this world,very welcoming .

Amazing service from Aurelia Jada both of the girls were attentive and very helpful will be coming back soon again I recommend this place highly!!
Great meal out. Good food, attentive servers and fast and friendly service. Would happily come again if seeing another show in the area.
