Our waitress, however, was a breath of fresh air—very pleasant and welcoming, and I tipped her generously because she truly made our dining experience much better. The food itself was also a 3; the fries were cold, and the wings were drenched in sauce, almost as if they had been prepared a bit hastily before being served. We tried the new salmon dish on the menu, which tasted good, but given the price and portion size, it was a bit ridiculous. The salmon was no bigger than two chicken wings, and the broccoli was undercooked, almost as if it had just been rinsed with warm water.
The food was horrible. Service was poor from our waitress. I ordered the “bucket of bones” and I got a plate with few fries, 2 small pieces of ribs not a rack as the picture depicted, and some hard wings. I only went there because the other restaurants in the area were full. Waitress didn’t even show her face much. The one time she asked if everything was ok, I asked “where’s the bucket” and she replied, “oh, I forgot to tell you, we ran out of buckets”. I said “ok”. Definitely, never again!!! I’ll never go back and I’ll never recommend. Poor poor service.
The place needs an overhaul. Dark and dingy not very appealing. I have been to other locations but this one definitely needs a remake. I don’t remember the burger being so small it also came with 1 small slice of tomato that wasn’t even ripe and a piece of wilted lettuce.
The service at Talstrom's TGI Fridays was disappointing. I can't believe how poorly we were welcomed; they greeted us with "Welcome to Friday," but then proceeded to ignore us while staring at their phones. It felt like they weren’t even present.

The food was terrible, and the wait was incredibly long. I'm a slow eater, and I finished after about 10 hours, but my sister and dad were still waiting for their meals!

Food was okay. When is slower in TGIF the food is usually on point. When it’s busy, food comes okay.
