I have to say I will not be booking TGI FRIDAYS again, at least not through Open table. On arrival, we were a bit early so I explained to the host that we were early for our 7:15 pm reservation for 13 ppl. The host then told me it would be at least 1/2 hour for a party of 13 ppl. by far the disgusting restaurant I have ever visited throughout my 37 year of life. we start with a hospit had a child in the restaurant that appeared several times and after the 4th. once the manager asked her to go! that had ruined my experience because I can't bear the sound of a break! 10 mins waiting to be seated, place was dead and our waitress sat us without asking us for drinks to start off didn't see her since. Waitress just disappeared . it was one of the worst experiences we had ever booked with open table. the host refused to put us at our reserved time and let us wait an hour. she said she didn't know how to check the reservations and there weren't valid. she refused to find the manager for me when she asked. Total not.
I personally love tgi. I didn't like what I got. the service is sometimes slow, but I understand that so many people have problems with the staff. the brownie with the Basilys-Shot is my favorite, all whisky glazed, and the band fries
it's a chain so you know what you eat and decor-wise get, but the service here is what shines for me. the bartender and manager at the weekends are brilliant and very friendly, I will be back at this weekend for football food: 4/5
The restaurant missed the note on our Open Table reservation saying it was my 7-yr old son's birthday. They typically sing for the birthday person so we were looking forward to it but that didn't happen this time.
