Went there for lunch today and our service was horrible! The food was good, which was the only redeeming part of our experience. Our experience started when we walked up to the host and we had to say hello and greet him because he was lost inspace somewhere. After he sat us we ordered our food and drinks. If I would have known we wouldn?t be offered a refill Iwould have asked for no ice in my Diet Pepsi. The real issue came as we asked for a box and our check. The waitress left thecheck next to me instead of my husband which is odd but made my black husband feel like she thought he couldn?t afford to paythe $52 bill. I visited the restaurant on a busy Thursday evening for the Steak and Lobster special priced at $19.99. Despite there being many empty seats inside, the line to get in was quite long and moved very slowly. We finally got seated just five minutes before the special ended, but it took another ten minutes for a server to attend to our table. I mentioned that I had specifically come for the special and was there before the time limit. The server was very friendly and assured me she would check with the manager. I had never been to this restaurant before, but we were seated promptly upon arrival. The atmosphere was pleasant, and there were numerous TVs playing a variety of sports channels. Our waiter was quick to take our drink order, and as soon as he brought them, he took our food order as well. Our meals arrived quickly, steaming hot and delicious. We also treated ourselves to a tasty dessert. Overall, it was a lovely experience with good food.
Although most of the seating is in booths, there was a nice table where we had some privacy and my wheelchair was easily accommodated. The server was pleasant and helpful, suggesting a surf and turf that proved to consist of a nice sized tendersteak, a lobster tail broccoli and mashed Potatoes. The price was reasonable and we left with good feelings about dinner.

service of our waiter, steven was excellent. I had the steak and lobster special and for the price it was only avarage. the steak was a little hard and lobster was okay. there was a little excitement with another who required security. the manager and staff including hotel security have handled the situation calmly.
The ribs, oh the ribs, yummmy. I do suggest asking for extra apple butter sauce. The reason I've given 4 vs 5 is the organization of staff vs tables is not running smooth and hasn't for the multiple years I've been coming. A table can be over looked or left empty with lines out the door waiting for a table.
Everything we ordered food and cocktails. Every single item was superb. We ended up here because the buffet at the casino was closed. But no regrets. I remember my husband said we should give thanks to the chef and bartender. I said with your tip should be enough. So imagine
TGIF at The Orleans. It wasn?t bad but not that very great. Just GOOD. The service and servers are good. The food is good but nothing extra special. The veggies and mashed potatoes tastes good. The steak and ribs are soft. It was another good expeirienceat TGIF

Very friendly staff, we had to wait for a little while to be seated even when there were tables available. I had the pasta with chicken an shrimp which was amazing!
