We had a reservation for 6:30. There was a table for 6 people open for 10 15 min but we could not be seated. We were told that each server could only have 4 tables at one time. So even though there were plenty of open tables we had to wait??? Waiter didn't listen to what we said. We placed an order to go. He brought it BEFORE all the other meals and on a plate. My sliders came way before anyone else's meal. Sliders came with no fries. I informed that waiter that they came with fries and he said they did not. I asked to see the menu whereupon I showed him on the menu that it says that they actually do. Had to wait at least 10 15 minutes more for my fries.One person asked that her bill be sepa...
The waiter seemed like he didn't even care to be there. He never checked on us to see how things were, just sort of wandered around. The food took a VERY long time to come to the table. (It was not that busy when we ordered at 5:00ish) The Caesar Salad was smothered in dressing and had a hair in it. We requested very light buffalo sauce on boneless wings and they came extra saucy. The Potato Skins with the sampler were hard as rock on the bottom.
Ordered a simple burger with fries and a grilled chicken salad. The burger was the size of a half dollar and it literally came with 10 fries. The salad was lettuce, 4 croutons and a piece of chicken that would feed a toddler. Wine was $10 a glass....way over priced. Had to order wings cause hubby was still hungry. $12.99 for 10 wings that were the size of my thumb. Will not be back anytime soon.

I was not pleased when we requested a certain spot and were denied because the server of that section didn’t want additional tables. But I would rather have good service than a good seat so I didn’t mind sitting in another area of sitting where I wanted would have lead me to receive poor service. The food was good

Was horrible wasted $80 for nothing, food was cold, waitress was missing the whole time.toke over 30 minutes just for a drink.
Horribly slow service. Terrible communication skills. Ribs literally couldn’t be cut off the bone they were so over cooked.
