I’ve never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The food and service are consistently excellent, and the decor creates a wonderful atmosphere. The menu offers a great variety of options, including some vegan and vegetarian dishes, which I think is quite progressive for a primarily steak and meat restaurant. I’ve been coming here for several years—my last visit was in September 2020, and I was served by Brandon, who was very attentive, helpful, and cheerful. The service is nearly perfect, especially for a large chain. Well done!
I had a fantastic visit to TGI Fridays at Metford Centre. We had made a reservation for 12:30, but arrived at 12 and were seated right away, which turned out to be a smart choice since it got very busy shortly after! The food was delicious; there was a small mix-up with our order, but it was quickly resolved. Our server, Mel, was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend trying the sesame chicken – it’s amazing!

Due to kitchen issues, we were held outside for quite a while (45mins or so), while there were empty tables. Staff were struggling to keep track of the queue order, so people who had been waiting less long were being prioritised Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
