Edit 08/11/2023: Wow, on July 23rd I ordered via online a salad with chicken party tray for my family, but they sent me the salad without chicken. When I called to complain, they argued that they don't serve this dish with chicken. When I showed them that their website does offer the party tray with chicken in the dish name, the written description AND the accompanying picture, they just offered me to prepare the chicken and that I had to pick it up. I asked for my original order to be delivered because I couldn't go to pick it up in the first place, so this option didn't work for me. Pretty bad experience again. We were seated immediately but it took about 8 minutes for the host that sat us to bring some waters. Then the host came back and informed that the server was busy and asked to take our order. We ordered our apps and drinks still no sign of our server. Our drinks came, then the appetizer, but still no sign of our server. Someone came to the table and asked y'all ready?? Like really? Y'all. Didn't mention a name or anything. Took out order and left. My mother, sister, and I went to TGI Friday’s located at 401 N. Harlem last night for the $0.50 wings Monday and our server was Jasmine. Not only was the food delicious, the drinks we ordered were a hit and Jasmine was wonderful. Her service, advice, and overall personality was awesome. She made the experience twice as nice. I forgot to ask Jasmine for the name of the bartender but the drinks were superb. I had the Peach Sangria, my sister had the Henny Hurricane, and my mom had the Long Island Iced Tea. We were all satisfied and we will definitely return.

My friend and I decided to take a break and go out to eat on a weeknight. We got appetizers and a salad. The food was delicious! The cheese sticks were AMAZING as usual! Our server Kamry was WONDERFUL! She was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and attentive. We never once had to look for her because she was constantly checking on us. For her to be such a young lady we were pleasantly surprised. We had a win/win tonight with great food and great service!
Everything was amazing!! I take my son for his birthday lunch/dinner every year. Last year was not a good experience. This year was amazing!! Food was hot and fresh and delicious. Server was kind and attentive! We were so happy! My son loves their Jack Daniel's ribs so he always picks Fridays. Pictured is my son with the Jack Daniel's trio appetizers. Didn't get a picture of his full slab though too busy scarfing it down hahaha
Food and service was good. We only ordered appetizers and they were pretty big portions and decently priced. The restaurant looks like it's due for a remodel, there were faded QR code stickers on the tables that were peeling and made the table feel and look dirty .
This is usually a good spot to go, but for some odd reason the restaurant was very cold. Had to take the food to go after such a long wait (empty tables all around restaurant but still a 20 minute wait). Wait service was good, had a trainee but she did a good job.

Jasmine was great, patient, and funny. She helped my family out and even dealt with my daughter’s crazy father. You were awesome Jasmine.
This trip was really nice. Went alone after work to grab some lunch and a drink. My server was by herself and doing a wonderful job!
