TGI FRIDAYS - Schererville

Being Mothers Day and having a reservation we were still prepared to wait for a little while. The manager did call and said that the online reservation system messed up and booked multiple parties at the same time so there might be a wait. What I wish I would have known that allegedly the chef quit, fired, or called off and there was no back up. The manager had to cook by themselves. In saying that, we waited over an hour for our food and when it arrived it was lukewarm. The manager did take the price of the appetizers we ordered off the total bill but it still wasn't worth the time. Waitress was barely there. I constantly reminded her to get things i ordered. Never came around to refill drinks. Didn’t ask if we needed anything. I had to find my own straw, fork set , napkins. HATED It

at the arrival the host told me that they do not honor reservations of open table. we had to wait 20 minutes.

ordering top ladles do not disturb them have barely alcohol stuck in them, so they do not pay for
