I rarely write long reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one. I used to work at Friday’s in college and shortly after for about 6 years total. I was a shift leader and then an instore trainer for my region and I have to say this staff needs a lot of training. My food came out wrong twice, once even brought out by the manager. 3rd time the food was dry and after 30 minutes of waiting, I didn’t really want it anymore. I hope this is just a local issue and not with the overall quality of this chain as a whole. I like Friday’s and I think the quality of the food is usually very good and the service is usually great. If this was my first time at Friday’s, I would never walk into another on...
My expectations were not high, being that it is Fridays. It was terrible. The waitress was horrible, rude and neglectful. We couldn't get water...napkins...We went for the all you can eat apps for my kids and didn't have several of the appetizers. They ran out the day before. They wanted to substitute mozzarella sticks for fried green beans. My 13 year old was having none if it. Really, even though it's cheap, it's not worth it.
Definately have noticed portion size shrinking. Along with prices creeping up. The quality is good and service usually very good. Although on this particular visit not so. Maybe she was new. Did not offer our rewards member perks of chips and salsa. I think we were checked on once that may have been to drop off out bill. Still one of our fav places.
We were in town for the weekend, on Valentine's Day, Friday. Were lucky enough to get a late reservation. They were busy, but the service was excellent. Our server great, I wish I remembered his name. The manager came by our table a couple of times to check on us. Overall, it was a great experience for plans made at the last minute.

We enjoyed our meal. The Jack Daniel’s Grilled Chicken is always delicious. I really enjoyed the Tito’s Mule. Well mixed and the right amount of ice. The new veggies are really good. We finished off with the brownie. You can just order a half serving and that was just enough for us.
Like most TGIs very good food and service. Restaurant needs a refurb as looking a tad tired...would recommend!

Enjoyed it Portions ample. Only thing hubby said fried shrimp a little overcooked.
