We booked a table using OpenTable, but when we arrived, the host informed us that they do not honor reservations. I contacted OpenTable about this problem. Regrettably, our dining experience was a disaster from start to finish. Despite telling our server we were in a rush and asking for all our food to be served together, we left 1.5 hours later without having had a meal. We only had time for one drink, which took 40 minutes to be served.
Everything was pretty decent. Drinks were amazing. Came here because my girl LOVES the JD sauce. Only issues were that our server was pretty busy I guess and we were waiting for our salads, then she forgot my girlfriends shrimp, and then no blame on her, I had to send my steak back, but it took forever to get it back. They comped us off our meal without me asking.
booked by open table and they told us and the group before us that they do not take reservations. I have reported this to open table. the whole visit was a catastrophe. so much so that after leaving the waitress we know that we were in a hurry to bring everything at once, we left hours later not eaten and only a drink that took minutes to get.
The staff at the restaurant, from our server to the host, were energetic and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The atmosphere was great, the food was excellent and the service was on point. Our server, Kizzy, did an excellent job and was very responsive.
My table wasn’t ready. I Place in a back corner with tables and chairs scattered everywhere. Unprofessional staff and drinks were horrible.
