Ramen Azuma just opened just 5 minutes from my home, and I couldn't be happier! I'm from Lodi and used to travel to Englewood for my ramen fix. I had a great first experience at this restaurant. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, with plenty of options on the menu. I visited on a Friday afternoon around 3 PM when it was relatively quiet, but it started getting busier by 4 PM. I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes and plan to bring some family and friends along!
The absolute worst customer service, I placed an order I was told 25 min and an hour later, nothing ready after waiting outside for over 30 min. Not even the courtesy to tell me of the delay. The cashier/worker was rude and could care less that I cancelled my order. I will never go back to this restaurant. I hope one day they are treated the same way they treated me. You would think a customer based business during these difficult times would want someone’s business it’s obvious they don’t.
This place is a hidden gem for sure! The food was delicious, service was great, and the inside of the restaurant was clean and tidy! I ordered the som tum, chicken satay, and the thai coconut custard. The som tum was refreshing and the papaya was crunchy. The chicken satay had moist chicken and a nice peanut dipping sauce. The thai coconut custard was hot and just sweet enough. Overall, a great experience and would definitely come back again with friends!
The food was incredible! We tried the Basil fried rice and Pad Thai, and both were cooked to perfection. We're so thrilled to have discovered this restaurant in our neighborhood. We definitely plan to order from them again!

Me and my girlfriend are local and this is our weekly go-to. They've literally never messed up our order and the food is always fresh and tasty. Best thai carryout in the area by far.
