I ordered food from this restaurant to eat on the train back to Halifax the next day, so I requested plastic containers to keep it fresh. However, they ignored my request and gave me cardboard containers instead. When I questioned this, they were very rude and unapologetic. The food was also terrible - the worst I have ever had from Thai Express. It tasted bad and I had to throw it all away. I wasted $30 and had nothing to eat on the train. I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
I always found that thai express is bad and didn't understand why people actually buy thai express. I only go there because my gf loved it. Today, this thai express proved me that this franchise actually can be tasty. Good job to the owners and cooks, you were the best thai express i ever had out of 5 different thai express restaurant.
Worst Thai Express i've been too. The food was tasteless, meat was a gray color, and it wasn't freshly heated. I asked for chicken on the side with general tao sauce. They sold me the chicken and proceeded to tell me atter i paid that they had no general tao sauce... The chicken wasn't even hot... Anyways skip this place

I took an extra spicy Pad Sew and it was extremely disgusting. The dish was bland with no flavour, and not spicy at all.
The pad see ew dish was mainly noodles with very little vegetables or meat. It was disappointing.
The adorable packaging and delicious, satisfying meal were a perfect combination.
